Eastern Square acted on behalf of McCarthy and Stone PLC, the specialist retirement company on the purchase of a Local Authority owned disused car park adjacent to the Windmill Theatre.
Additional advice was also provided on the ‘Road Closure Order’ required for the diversion and the creation of a new footpath and cycle way, prior to the site being developed for 22 Retirement apartments.
